The VISION of IAPA for every child is to grow up with love and nurturance, in the security of a family; to have the opportunity for education and all round development in a supportive environment.

MISSION

• To rehabilitate the orphaned or abandoned child through the preferred alternative of adoption; or other suitable option.
• To preserve and strengthen the child's family that is in crisis or lacks adequate resources, by providing assistance for the child's nutrition,education and vocational skills, opportunities for enriching personality, enhancing physical and emotional health; and by families' empowerment.
• To engage in advocacy for better standards in child care and to promote the child's rights to family, education and participation.
